I had a great experience with this service today. Tony was extremely professional and efficient, and managed to fix the issue within about 10 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering it’s the holiday season and an emergency situation. What really stood out was his commitment to his work — it was clear that he takes pride in what he does and knows exactly what he’s doing. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I would highly recommend his service and have already recommended him to a friend. Will definitely use his service again if needed.

Tony was amazingly helpful today, turned up within hours when I booked him online of blocked toilet issue, which re-occured after previous calls with Jet Blast Plumbing (Tony) about three months ago. Tony identified my potential blockage is at ICON section in front of my boundary, Tony kindly helped me to call ICON water, explaned the potential problem area and ICON water turned up within an hour, blasted the main sewer line , confirmed there was a big blockage at ICON section because I was the end house where the main sewer line has a junction. The blockage possibly caused by the 40+ year old trees planted by council on top of the sewer line. Tony was so nice and did charge for today because it was a revisit from previous call, great after sale service. Tony's suggestion to try ICON first has saved me big dollar from investigating and digging up at the pipe sections in my boundary at my own cost.

Tony helped us out on very short notice. He turned up when he said he would, fixed the immediate problem and offered a long term solution at a reasonable cost compared to other quotes we had in the past for the same work. Booked him in to do the work in a fortnight. He messaged a couple days before to confirm the time he would start and explained what he would be doing. Tony and his team left the site tidy and were efficient in getting it done. We have found our regular plumber when needed. Thanks Tony and Team

Tony from Jet Blast Plumbing went above and beyond with his excellent service. The toilet cistern failed at 8am. Tony had the parts and the job was completed at 9:30 am. It has been an age since I've experienced such great service. Furthermore, his sense of humour completes Tony's overall good guy image. I would highly recommend Tony if you're looking for competent service.

Tony from Jet Blast Plumbing was a lifesaver. The previous plumber did a poor job and actually made the problem worse, all while charging a fortune. Tony was friendly, professional, and got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. From the first email, his communication was excellent. He replied quickly, said he would call me in the morning, and he did. Tony charged a very reasonable price, and honestly I would have been happy to pay more. What really stood out was his attitude, he said it wasn’t about the money, it was about doing a good job. It was also reassuring to deal with a true Canberra local. The last plumber claimed to be Canberra based but was actually in Sydney, so it is worth checking. Chatting with Tony, I immediately felt at ease and confident in his work. He clearly has decades of experience, and it shows. I would highly recommend Jet Blast Plumbing.
